Connecting to the iTOUCH Wearables App

March 15 2024 4:33pm

Just updated? Before you can reconnect your device to the latest iTouch App, you may need to "forget" your device in your phone's native settings.

Make sure you have the latest version of the app!

Note: Pairing must be done using the mobile app. If you don't see your watch as an option to pair in the new app, open your phone's Bluetooth settings and forget/unpair the watch. Then it will show up in the app as an available device to pair. If you have any difficulty forgetting the Bluetooth connection, toggle Bluetooth off and back on.

  • First, go to your smartphone's Bluetooth settings and forget/unpair your watch.
Examples of how to do this on iOS and Android are below.

iOS
Android

  • Next, open the iTOUCH Wearables App and follow the pairing instructions based on the device you want to pair:

For Air4, Sport4, and Jillian Michaels devices:

  1. Scan the QR code displayed on your watch face to pair.

  2. You will then see a Connecting displayed on the app, followed by Connection Successful

For all other devices:

  1. Select Search For Device

  2. Select the device that you wish to pair with the iTOUCH Wearables App

  3. You will then see a Connecting displayed on the app, followed by Connection Successful
