Q. How do I pair my smartwatch to my phone?

NOTE: Initial pairing must be done using our app and not through your phone's native Bluetooth settings.

To connect & sync your smartwatch to your phone (Bluetooth must be enabled on your phone during the process):

  1. Download the iTouch Wearables app to your phone
  2. Open the iTouch app on your phone
  3. Tap the watch icon on the upper right
  4. Choose "Set Up A New Device"
  5. Find iTOUCH Air 3 on the list and tap to select
  6. Once your iTOUCH Air 3 is connected, if you tap the watch icon again, it will say “Connected” under the device name.

Note: To confirm connectivity, the date and time on your watch should mirror what is on your phone.

Q. How do I adjust the brightness on my watch?
There are two ways to adjust the brightness on your watch:

  1. From the Settings menu on your watch, tap the brightness icon. Then tap again to make incremental adjustments to the brightness. Tap the back button on the top left-hand corner to exit and save your changes.
  2. On the main clock face, swipe down from the top of the screen to open the quick toggle/notification panel. Then tap the brightness icon to adjust it.

Q. Can I adjust the time constraints for the Sedentary Reminder function?
While you can not adjust the time frame, this feature is active during the hours of 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

Q. What is the continuous heart rate feature?

When activated, your smartwatch will continuously record your heart rate throughout the day. You can then view a graph of your heart-rate readings on the watch or in the app. The data will automatically sync with the app when in Bluetooth range and will be visible in the Heart Rate section.

Note: Enabling this feature will affect the battery life of your smartwatch.

Q. How do I use Sports Mode?
On your watch, swipe until you get to the Sports Mode/Workout Mode screen, then tap it to enter. To select a sport and begin tracking Sports Mode data, tap on the desired mode. Then, tap the GREEN button to start. Once the mode starts, you can either pause or stop.

Q. Why isn’t the Sports Mode data on my watch syncing to the app?

Sports Mode data will appear on your app once you have ended your activity. If you end a session in Sports Mode before 3 minutes has passed, the data will not sync. You need to log at least 3 minutes of activity in any mode for the data to appear in your app. You also need to have activity data on your device. If you have only heart rate data but no other data points, the activity will also not be saved.

Note: Workout/sports modes must be done one at a time. After stopping one mode, ensure that the data is synced to the app first to ensure data will not be lost.

Q. Can I swim with my iTouch Air 3 smartwatch?
Yes. Your iTouch Air 3 is IP68 water resistant. While swimming, your smartwatch can withstand water up to 1 meter deep (3.3 feet) for up to 60 minutes.

Note: The watch is designed to be used in fresh water. You should not use your watch in salt water.

Q. What does IP68 mean?

Q. When measuring my heart rate from the watch, it shows several different measurements. How do I know what my heart rate measurement is?

Note: You can view all heart rate measurements in the app on your phone.

  2. Pull the pin inward (away from outer edge of case) and gently pull the band away from the watch. The band should easily detach from the watch.
  3. To insert the new band, insert the steady pin with the hole on the base of the case.

We recommend removing your watch from your wrist at least once a day to clean the straps.

We recommend cleaning your band and wrist regularly - especially after intense workouts or sweating. Rinse the band with water or wipe it with a small amount of rubbing alcohol. Do NOT use hand soap, dish soap, hand sanitizer, cleaning wipes or household cleaners, which could get trapped beneath the band and irritate your skin. Always pat the band dry before putting it back on.

While your smartwatch cannot play music directly, you can use the Music Remote feature on your watch to control music on your phone.
