Battery protection mode may be enabled if the watch has not been used for an extended period of time. If the watch is a recent purchase, there is a possibility that the initial factory charge has been fully drained, so waiting several minutes for the charging indicator to appear is recommended.

Please follow these steps:

1\. Leave the watch on the charger for 30 minutes to one hour (make sure the charging pins are placed properly on the watch). **A charging screen should appear and possibly, a flashing logo for your device.**

2\. After that, remove the watch from the charger and then place it back on the charger for **24 hours.** This one-time overnight charge should resolve any charging issues.
