**To start Sports Mode:**

On your smartwatch, scroll to the Sports Mode feature. Tap Sports Mode to view workout / sport options. Tap on the desired option and then confirm start to begin tracking data for it.

**To stop Sports Mode:**

To stop Sports Mode, swipe your finger across your smartwatch screen from right to left, then tap the stop button. You can also pause Sports Mode by tapping the pause button on this same screen.
