Q. How do I pair my smartwatch to my phone?
To connect & sync your smartwatch to your device, go to the iTouch Wearables app then tap Add to search for your iTouch Connected Smartwatch. On the main clock face of your device, tap and hold between the 2-3 o’clock area on your watch. This will display the MAC ADDRESS of your iTouch Connected Analog Smartwatch. When pairing your device with the app, make sure that the MAC ADDRESS displayed on your watch matches the MAC ADDRESS of the ITouch Connected Analog Smartwatch on your app. Once your iTouch Connected device is connected, it will say Connected on the top of the device page and display the current battery life of your watch. To ensure complete connectivity, you will see a white Bluetooth icon on the main clock face of your device right next to the battery icon on your ITouch Connected Analog Smartwatch when it is paired with your smartphone.
IMPORTANT: ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU ARE CONNECTING YOUR WATCH THROUGH THE APP FIRST, NOT YOUR PHONE’S BLUETOOTH.
Q. Can I adjust the time constraints for the Sedentary Reminder function?
While you can not adjust the time frame, this feature is active during the hours of 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
Q. Can I swim with my iTouch Connected smartwatch?
Yes. Your iTOUCH Sport is IP68 waterproof. While swimming, your smartwatch can withstand water up to 1.5 meters deep for up to 30 minutes.
Q. What does IP68 mean?
IP68 means the device is waterproof for up to 30 minutes in about 10 meters (30 feet) of water.
Q: How can I set the alarm?
From the iTouch Wearables app, tap on the device icon on the navigation bar. Then, go to Alarms to set an alarm.
Q: Why won’t my alarm clock setting save?
Alarms cannot be set within 2 minutes of the current time. Your alarm clock will only save alarms that are 3 minutes after the current time.
Q. How do I turn off my watch?
To power off your smartwatch, tap anywhere between 2-3 o’clock on the watch to navigate to
the power icon. While on this screen, simply tap and hold your watch between 2-3 o’clock
to fully power off your watch.
Q. How do I turn my watch back on?
Tap and hold anywhere between 2-3 o’clock on the iTouch Connected for 3-5 seconds and the watch will vibrate and the LED indicator on your device will turn GREEN briefly, indicating it has
powered on.
Q. My smartwatch isn’t receiving notifications.
For android users: Check that you have enabled the iTouch Wearables app to access your notifications. You can do this in your phone’s native settings menu or go to the device page in the app and click on ‘Notifications’ and then click the ‘Notification Access’ link. From the ‘Notifications’ page, you can toggle on all apps you wish to receive notifications for on your watch.
For iOS users: Go to the device page in the app and click on ‘Notifications’ to toggle on all apps you wish to receive notifications for on your watch.
Q: Why won’t my watch charge fully to 100%?
The voltage power for the charging output of your smartwatch must be 5V or less. We recommend using a laptop or desktop computer as the charging output for your smartwatch.
Q. How long will my watch stay charged after charging it?
Battery life is based on usage. Your smartwatch has a battery life of 10 days (standby time). If you use your watch often for notifications, sports mode, etc., your watch battery will not last as long.
Q. My watch is not tracking data properly, what can I do to fix it?
If you can’t sync your iTouch Connected, or if you have trouble with connected GPS or tracking your stats, you can restart your watch from your wrist. From your iTouch Connected, tap anywhere between 2’3 o’clock on your watch to navigate to the power icon screen. Then, tap and hold anywhere between 2-3 o’clock on the watch to power it off. Once your watch has fully powered off, wait 2 full minutes. Then, simply tap and hold anywhere between 2-3 o’clock on the watch to turn it back on again.
Q. How do I take a picture with my smartwatch?
To snap photos using your iTouch Connected Analog Smartwatch, go to the iTouch Wearables app and navigate to the device section in the app. Tap the Camera Remote feature in the app to start using your watch to take photos. To snap a photo, you can tap and hold anywhere between 2’3 o’clock on your watch once you see the camera icon display. Or turn on the activate display after the wrist rotation feature in the app and rotate your wrist to snap a pic.
After using this feature, you may see the camera icon linger on your device for a few moments before it disappears. This is normal but if you want to get rid of it quickly and manually, you can tap and hold anywhere between 2-3 o’clock on your device when you see this camera icon and this will help quickly return you to your main clock face.
Q. How do I view my text and app notifications on my watch?
When you receive a notification on your iTouch Connected device that you have not read, the LED indicator on your device will blink GREEN. When your watch receives a notification, the LED light will blink green continuously for 15 minutes. If the notification isn’t checked after this time, the LED light will stop flashing. You will not see the actual message but the watch will show who it came from and what social media app it came from.
Q. How do I remove/change the straps on my smartwatch?
The iTouch Connected Smartwatch’s straps are not interchangeable.
Q. How long can I wear my watch?
We recommend removing your watch from your wrist at least once per day to clean your watch’s straps.
Q. How do I clean the band on my Smartwatch?
We recommend cleaning your band and wrist regularly - especially after intense workouts or sweating. Rinse the band with water or wipe it with a small amount of rubbing alcohol. Do NOT use hand soap, dish soap, hand sanitizer, cleaning wipes or household cleaners, which could get trapped beneath the band and irritate your skin. Always pat dry the band before putting it back on.
Q. Can my watch play music?
The iTouch Connected does not have a speaker and can not play or control music from the watch.
Q. How do I turn on the motion gesture or my watch?
Go to Additional Features on the device page of the iTouch Wearables app and enable the Activate Display After Wrist Rotation function. By clicking on Active Time, you can control the time in which this feature is active throughout the day. If you want this feature to always be on, set the time constraints to be 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Using this feature will consume more battery.
Q. Can I accept calls from my watch?
While you can not accept calls on your watch, you will be notified of incoming calls on your watch. It will show you the name/number of the caller.
Q. How can I navigate through the digital watch features?
This device doesn’t have multiple watch faces.
Q. How can I measure my heart rate using the smartwatch?
Tap anywhere between 2-3 o’clock on your watch to navigate to the Heart Rate screen. Then,
tap and hold anywhere between 2-3 o’clock on your watch until your watch vibrates to start
measuring your heart rate. Once completed, your watch will vibrate again and display your
heart rate measurement. You can also measure your heart rate from the iTouch Wearables app. Go to the Heart Rate tab from the Home page of your app. Tap the measure button at the bottom of the page to begin measuring your heart rate on your iTouch Connected.
Q. How can I measure my blood oxygen using the smartwatch?
To measure your blood oxygen saturation from your Analog Smartwatch, tap anywhere between 2-3 o’clock on your watch to navigate to the Blood Oxygen screen that says, “SpO2”. Then, tap and hold anywhere between 2-3 o’clock on your watch until your watch vibrates to start measuring your blood oxygen. When finished, your watch will vibrate again and display your blood oxygen measurement.
Q. How do I set the time on my digital watch?
You do not have to set the time on your watch. Once you pair your watch with the app on your phone, your watch automatically syncs the correct time from your phone.
Q. If the digital clock dies due to an empty battery, will that also stop my analog watch from working?
No. Your analog watch has a separate battery.

Q. What app do I use with my iTouch Connected watch?
Use the iTouch Wearables app to pair with your iTouch Connected smartwatch.
Q. When I rotate my wrist, the watch screen does not turn on. How do I activate this feature?
In the app, tap on the watch symbol on the dashboard. Then tap on Additional Features. Scroll down to the “Activate Display After Wrist Rotation” section. Toggle on the button next to Activate Display After Wrist Rotation to turn this feature on. By clicking on Active Time, you can control the time in which this feature is active throughout the day. If you want this feature to always be on, set the time constraints to be 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM.
Q. How do I change the language on my smartwatch?
In the app, go to the device page and tap Additional Features. Tap Language to change the language on your smartwatch. Choose from a variety of languages.
Q. How do I change the unit of measurement on my smartwatch?
In the app, go to the device page and tap Additional Features. Tap Unit Format to change the units of measurement reflected on your smartwatch and in your app. Choose between the metric and imperial systems of measurement.
Q. My watch keeps disconnecting from the app, how do I fix this?
For Android users: First, tap the ‘Remove’ button on the device page in the app to remove your smartwatch from the app and disconnect it from your phone. Then, delete the app and redownload it from the app store. After that, you will have to restart your watch, just tap anywhere between 2’3 o’clock on your watch to navigate to the power icon screen. Then, tap and hold anywhere between 2-3 o’clock on the watch to power it off. Once your watch has fully powered off, wait 2 full minutes. Then, simply tap and hold anywhere between 2-3 o’clock on the watch to turn it back on again.
For iOS users: First, tap the ‘Remove’ button on the device page in the app to remove your smartwatch from the app. To disconnect your watch from your phone, go to your phone’s native Bluetooth settings page, and remove your watch from the Bluetooth list by clicking “forget this device”. Then, delete the app and redownload it from the app store. After that, you will have to restart your watch, just tap anywhere between 2’3 o’clock on your watch to navigate to the power icon screen. Then, tap and hold anywhere between 2-3 o’clock on the watch to power it off. Once your watch has fully powered off, wait 2 full minutes. Then, simply tap and hold anywhere between 2-3 o’clock on the watch to turn it back on again.
