Answer: To connect & sync your smartwatch to your device, tap ADD from the Home page of the app to search for your smartwatch. From the clock face on your smartwatch, tap and hold the screen for 3 seconds to display the MAC ADDRESS of your iTouch Sport. When pairing your smartwatch with the app, make sure that the MAC ADDRESS displayed on your smartwatch matches the MAC ADDRESS of the iTouch Sport on your app. Once your iTouch Sport Smartwatch is connected, it will say Connected on the top of the device page and display the current battery life of your smartwatch. To ensure complete connectivity, tap and hold the clock face of your smartwatch. You will see a Bluetooth icon on the bottom right-hand side of your iTouch Sport Smartwatch when it is paired with your smartphone. You can view the battery life of your smartwatch on this screen as well.
ALWAYS MAKE SURE, YOU ARE CONNECTING YOUR WATCH THROUGH THE APP FIRST, NOT YOUR PHONE’S BLUETOOTH.
Q. How do I turn up the brightness on my watch?
Answer: From the Settings menu on your iTouch Sport, tap the brightness icon. Then tap again to begin adjusting the brightness by tapping your finger on the screen. Once you have set the brightness the way you like, tap the back button on the top left-hand corner to exit and save your changes. You can also access the brightness section on your watch by utilizing the quick toggles/notification panel found on your device by tapping on the sun icon found there.
Q. Can I adjust the time constraints for the Sedentary Reminder function?
Answer: While you can not adjust the time frame, this feature is active during the hours of 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
Q. Can I swim with my iTouch Sport v.2020 smartwatch?
Answer: Yes. Your iTouch Sport is IP68 waterproof. While swimming, your smartwatch can withstand water up to 1 ATM (Approximately 10 meters deep for up to 30 minutes. These measurements are dependent on personal body metrics.
Q: How can I set the alarm?
Answer: You can set the alarm from the app. Once on the Home page, tap on the device icon on the navigation bar. Then, go to Alarms to set an alarm. Once you have set the alarms you want in the app, you can toggle them on and off via your watch. To do this, navigate to the Clock application on your watch. Tap Alarms to see your current alarms and tap on the toggle slider in this section to turn the selected alarm off/on.
Q: Why won’t my alarm clock setting save?
Answer: Alarms cannot be set within 2 minutes of the current time. Your alarm clock will only save alarms that are 3 minutes after the current time.
Q: How do I view the weather on my watch?
Answer: Once your smartwatch is fully paired to the app, the Weather feature will show on your iTouch Sport. From the Weather feature on your smartwatch, you can tap the screen to view more weather data. Your smartwatch shows the weather forecast for 5 days and updates hourly.
Note For Android Users: When you fully connect to this device, you may see the weather as incorrect or not matching what you see from the forecast you’re observing. This is due to Android now prevent- ing some information to be sent from your phone to the actual watch. To fix this so the weather shows correctly, you simply need to navigate to the Additional Features page, go to the weather section and input your location manually there. Once done, your weather will ALWAYS update to the correct information (you only have to do this for the first time you connect your device to the app).
Q. How do I turn off my watch?
Answer: From your smartwatch, navigate to the Power icon and tap on it to reveal the power menu. Simply tap the Power Off option and the device will shut off. You can also quickly access this screen by using the quick toggle/notification panel found on your device and tap on the power icon found there.
Q. How do I turn my watch back on?
Answer: Press and hold the middle of the screen on the watch for 3-5 seconds until you see the iTouch Sport logo appear on the watch screen. The button on the side of your watch case can also be used to power the device.
Q. My smartwatch isn’t receiving notifications.
Answer: For android users: Check that you have enabled the iTouch Wearables app to access your notifications. You can do this in your phone’s native settings menu or go to the device page in the app and click on ‘Notifications’ and then click the ‘Notification Access’ link. From the ‘Notifications’ page, you can toggle on all apps you wish to receive notifications for on your watch.
For iOS users: Go to the device page in the app and click on ‘Notifications’ to toggle on all apps you wish to receive notifications for on your watch.
Q: Why won’t my watch charge fully to 100%?
Answer: The voltage power for the charging output of your smartwatch must be 5V or less. We recommend using a laptop or desktop computer as the charging output for your smartwatch.
Q. How long will my watch stay charged after charging it?
Answer: Battery life is based on usage. Your smartwatch has a battery life of 30 days (standby time). If you use your watch often for notifications, sports mode, etc., your watch battery will not last as long.
Q. How do I erase all data on my smartwatch?
Answer: To reset your watch, just tap the Reset option found in the power menu to reset your iTouch Sport and clear all data on it.
Q. My watch is not tracking data properly, what can I do to fix it?
Answer: If you can’t sync your iTouch Sport, or if you have trouble with connected GPS or tracking your stats, you can restart your tracker from your wrist. From your smartwatch, navigate to the Power icon and tap on it to reveal the power menu. Simply tap the Power Off option and the device will shut off.
Q. How do I take a picture with my smartwatch?
Answer: To snap photos using your iTouch Sport, navigate to the Camera Remote feature on your smartwatch (If you are using an iOS device, you will also need to open the camera app on your smartphone). Tap the Camera Remote icon on your smartwatch, or turn on the activate display after the wrist rotation feature in the app and rotate your wrist to snap a pic.
Q. How do I view my text and app notifications on my watch?
Answer: Swipe to the Messages screen and tap to open. Select any notification you see and then swipe from right to left on your watch to read through the notification. Tap the back button to return to the main messaging screen that shows your 3 most recent notifications. Shortcut: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen on the main clock face screen to view notifications.
Q. How do I remove/change the straps on my smartwatch?
Answer: To change your strap, just follow these simple instructions:
- To remove the current strap from your iTouch Wearables device, turn the watch face down and note the silver pins on the strap near the case. With your finger pull the pin to the left and gently pull the strap away from the watch. The strap should easily come detached from the watch.
- To insert your new strap to your iTouch Watch, line up the steady pin with the hole on the base of the case.
- While carefully holding the strap in place, pull the lever on the strap to retract the pin-down and position the strap against the case to line up the pin before releasing the lever so the pin snaps in place.
- Repeat these steps for the other strap.
Q. How long can I wear my watch for?
Answer: We recommend removing your watch from your wrist at least once per day to clean your watch’s straps.
Q. How do I clean the band on my Smartwatch?
Answer: We recommend cleaning your band and wrist regularly - especially after intense workouts or sweating. Rinse the band with water or wipe it with a small amount of rubbing alcohol. Do NOT use hand soap, dish soap, hand sanitizer, cleaning wipes, or household cleaners, which could get trapped beneath the band and irritate your skin. Always pat dry the band before putting it back on.
Q. How do I listen to music with my watch?
Answer: To remotely control your music from your smartwatch, navigate to the music remote function. The music remote allows you to Play/Pause, Skip Forward, or Skip to previous music from your music apps. Unfortunately, your watch will not play any music directly.
Q. Why won’t the Music Remote on my watch work with my music app on my phone?
Answer: Your iTouch Sport is compatible with various applications such as Apple Music, Spotify, and Pandora. However, it may not support other third-party applications.
Q. How do I turn on the motion gesture or my watch?
Answer: Go to Additional Features on the device page of the iTouch Wearables app and enable the Activate Display After Wrist Rotation function. By clicking on Active Time, you can control the time in which this feature is active throughout the day. If you want this feature to always be on, set the time constraints to be 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Using this feature will consume more battery.
Q. How do I set my language on my watch?
Answer: You can change it directly from the iTouch Wearables app. Go to the device settings in the app. Click on the “Additional Features” tab and tap “Language” to select a language. Click “Done” to save that language and your watch will automatically update.
Q. How do I set the time on my watch?
Answer: You do not have to set the time on your watch. Once you pair your watch with the app on your phone, your watch automatically syncs the correct time from your phone.
Q: What is the Relaxation Mode for?
Answer: In this mode, your smartwatch helps you distress by assisting you in performing deep breathing exercises.
Q: How do I start using the Relaxation Mode?
Answer: To begin, navigate to the ‘Relax’ icon on your smartwatch and tap on it. Once in relaxation mode, you will see your current heart rate and a play button. Tap on the play button to begin. Once started, the watch will explain when to take a ‘Deep Breath’ and when to exhale. The watch will vibrate when you need to exhale/inhale to allow you to perform this mode with your eyes closed. The watch will do this several times before the session ends. To begin again, hit the play button in this mode.
Q: How do I measure my Body Temperature using the watch?
Answer: You can measure your body temperature either on your smartwatch or the iTouch Wearables app.
To measure your body temperature from your smartwatch, navigate to the Body Temperature icon, and tap on it. After a few moments, you will see your temperature displayed on the smartwatch in real-time. On your smartwatch, you can swipe left on the main body temperature screen to reveal a graph of your temperature fluctuations. In the app, you will be able to see your last recorded temperature, your temperature over a 24 hour period (measured in 30-minute increments), and more!
To measure your body temperature from the iTouch Wearables app, navigate to the Body Temperature page. In this section, tap the button ‘Check Temperature’ to have the app reveal and record your most recent temperature taken. This data will automatically sync to your app when your iTouch Sport is within Bluetooth range of your smartphone.
Q: My smartwatch is showing inaccurate body temperature.
Answer: Before measuring your temperature, we ask that you allow 5-10 minutes of the watch being worn on your
wrist first in a room temperature environment as it helps with accuracy.
Q. What app do I use with my iTouch Sport v.2020 watch?
Answer: Use the iTouch Wearables app to pair with your iTouch Sport smartwatch.
Q. How do I change the Home screen clock face on my watch?
Answer: Go into the app, and tap on the watch symbol on the dashboard. Then tap on Watch Faces to customize the Home screen clock face on your watch.
Q. When I rotate my wrist, the watch screen does not turn on. How do I activate this feature?
Answer: In the app, tap on the watch symbol on the dashboard. Then tap on Additional Features. Scroll down to the “Activate Display After Wrist Rotation” section. Toggle on the button next to Activate Display After Wrist Rotation to turn this feature on. By clicking on Active Time, you can control the time in which this feature is active throughout the day. Q. How do I change the unit of measurement on my smartwatch?
Answer: In the app, go to the device page and tap Additional Features. Tap Unit Format to change the units of measurement reflected on your smartwatch and in your app. Choose between the metric and imperial systems of measurement.

Answer: For Android users: First, tap the ‘Remove’ button on the device page in the app to remove your smartwatch from the app and disconnect it from your phone. Then, delete the app and redownload it from the app store. After that, you will have to reset your watch, just navigate to the Power icon, then tap the Reset option. Then, pair your smartwatch to the app.
For iOS users: First, tap the ‘Remove’ button on the device page in the app to remove your smartwatch from the app. To disconnect your watch from your phone, go to your phone’s native Bluetooth settings page, and remove your watch from the Bluetooth list by clicking “forget this device”. Then, delete the app and redownload it from the app store. After that, you will have to reset your watch, just navigate to the Power icon, then tap the Reset option.
