Samsung users who upgraded their OS to Android 12 may be encountering difficulty logging in or are repeatedly kicked out of the app. The reason for this is that Android added a new Bluetooth permission that did not exist before. When opening the app, Android will check for the new permission and when it's not found, the app will force close.
The quick solution is to uninstall and reinstall our mobile app. When reinstalled, it will check for the new permission and likely resolve the issue. We will update our app soon which will also fix the issue.
